William Dunn, Esq. - Mr. Dunn has served 22 years with the NYPD including 4 years in the Bronx as a lieutenant Detective Commander and 6 years managing fiscal affairs, integrity and contract compliance in the Management Information Services Division.  Since retiring, he has worked as an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Agriculture investigating program compliance for the Office of Civil Rights, managing investigations and presenting cases for administrative hearings.  Since 1997 he holds the position of General Counsel for Command Security Corporation, managing licensing in multiple states, risk management and compliance.  He holds a BS at City University and JD from New York Law School and was admitted to the NY Bar in 1988.  He currently serves as a Board Member of the National Association of Security Companies; adjunct member of the International Association of Security and Investigators; member of A.S.I.S, the International Association of Chief of Police, the American Corporation Counsel Association, National Law Association and Westchester Fairfield Group.

 Bruce H. Hulme, CFE - A past-president of both NCISS and ALDONYS, and currently serves as Legislative Committee Chairman for ALDONYS as well as the editor of our “Spotlight”  newsletter  He has testified before FTC hearings held on consumer information privacy and assisted in drafting the 1994 Drivers Privacy Protection Act exemption for state licensed private investigators and security companies. He authored the chapter on “The FCRA and Corporate Investigations” in the book entitled “Corporate Investigations”, published by Lawyers and  Judges Publishing, 2002. Bruce is President of Special Investigations, Inc. based in New York City.

John D. McCann, CFE - Mr. McCann is founder and director of McCann International.  He is a counter-intelligence specialist, a licensed Private Investigator and a Certified Fraud Examiner.  He has over twenty years experience in conducting specialized counter-intelligence operations, intelligence gathering and is a specialist in Compliance Auditing to assure that companies are in line with Federal and State laws and those guidelines pertaining to individual company policies.  Mr. McCann sits on the Advisory Board for the Dutchess Community College and has lectured around the country including Yale University on Intelligence and Covert Operations and Rice University on specialized Surveillance Operations.  He’s an adjunct instructor for the Scotti School in Boston and has authored a book on investigations, as well as various articles on Compliance Auditing for Security Operations, Intelligence Gathering Operations in the Private Sector, Industrial Espionage - Comprehending and minimizing the Treat, Technology in Support of Executive Protection Operations.  

Anthony J. Luizzo, Ph.D, CFE.  Mr Luizzo is the Corporate Secretary of Accufacts Pre-Employment Screening and president/CEO of L.C. Security Consulting Group, Inc.  He has over 38 years in law enforcement and security/safety administration.  Mr. Luizzo authored numerous articles for security and auditing journals, and is the co-author of "Fraud Auditing: A Complete Guide" a white-collar investigative workbook published by the Foundation for Accounting Education.  He is theex-officio of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, NYC Chapter Certified Fraud Examiners, Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State, the Academy of Security Educators and Trainers and Past President of the Society of Professional Investigators.  Dr. Luizzo is a contributing author/editor for the Thompson Publishing conglomerate.
